The Londoner Macao Casino: British-Inspired Gaming, Hotels and Entertainment
At The Londoner Macao Casino, we bring together contemporary gaming and a distinctive British-inspired resort experience shaped by Crystal Palace, Elizabeth Tower and architectural references to Westminster. Our atmosphere extends far beyond the gaming floor, combining casino entertainment with luxury hotels, acclaimed restaurants, stylish bars, retail, live performances and immersive attractions. Our gaming environment includes The Londoner Casino and Londoner Grand Casino, with live tables, smart-table formats, electronic gaming and slot experiences alongside premium gaming areas. As of the end of 2025, our integrated resort included approximately 500 gaming tables and 1,285 slots and electronic gaming units within around 400,000 square feet of total gaming facilities. Guests can stay across six distinctive hotel experiences: The Londoner Hotel, Londoner Court, Londoner Grand, Paiza Grand at Londoner, Conrad Macao and The St. Regis Macao. Our nightlife ranges from the British character of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill to the sophisticated atmosphere of Bard’s Bar and The St. Regis Bar, where evenings are enhanced by live jazz. Regular resort entertainment includes Changing of the Guard at Crystal Palace and the nightly Londoner Light and Sound Spectacular across our illuminated façade. The Londoner Arena and The Londoner Theatre add major concerts, fan events and late-night DJ experiences to the calendar. Through Sands Rewards, eligible guests can earn gaming points and unlock an expanding range of gaming, dining, travel, spa and entertainment privileges. Our dining collection spans British, Chinese, Portuguese, Thai, Mediterranean and international flavours, creating an easy transition from a gaming session to dinner, cocktails or late-night dining. The Londoner Macao Casino therefore gives our guests a complete destination where gaming, hospitality and London-inspired entertainment can be enjoyed as one seamless experience.
The Londoner Macao Casino: Staff, Currency, Payments and Winnings
At The Londoner Macao Casino, we welcome an international mix of guests and organise our service so that assistance is easy to access from the gaming floor to the cashier and guest-service areas. Chinese and English are the principal languages guests can expect to use across an international resort environment, while additional language assistance may depend on the department and team on duty. Valid identification may be requested whenever age verification, financial processing or compliance procedures require it. Our gaming and guest-service teams can also help explain where to find the appropriate cashier, exchange facility or service point.
Macao’s official currency is the Macanese pataca, MOP, while Hong Kong dollars are also widely encountered and are particularly common as displayed casino table denominations. MOP is linked to HKD under Macao’s monetary arrangements. Across our hotels, restaurants and retail spaces, mainstream card and electronic payment methods are used according to the conditions of each outlet, while casino gaming transactions follow dedicated gaming and cashier procedures. At Casino The Londoner Macao, Venetian Macau S.A. is officially authorised to operate foreign-exchange counters for the purchase and sale of foreign legal-tender banknotes and coins and for the purchase of travellers’ cheques.
Banking and foreign-exchange facilities within the wider resort environment make it convenient to prepare the currency required for a visit. Gaming chips and eligible machine payouts are settled through the appropriate gaming cashier or machine-payment process, with the exact procedure depending on the game and amount involved. Larger financial transactions may require identification and the usual regulatory and anti-money-laundering checks. Selected higher Sands Rewards tiers also include benefits such as preferential foreign-currency exchange rates and, where applicable, waiver of certain credit-card withdrawal fees.
For an ordinary visitor, a casino win in Macao is generally not subject to a separate player-side gaming-winnings tax withheld at the casino cashier. Macao’s special gaming tax instead applies to casino operators and is levied at 35% of gross casino gaming revenue. Personal tax rules separately cover employment and commercial income, so an individual’s circumstances can matter if gaming activity falls outside an ordinary recreational visit. Guests who have tax obligations elsewhere should follow the rules that apply to them and may wish to retain transaction records for significant payouts.
The Londoner Macao Casino: Entry Rules, Dress Code and Getting Here
At The Londoner Macao Casino, we aim to keep every visit comfortable, secure and straightforward. Entry to casino gaming areas is restricted to guests aged 21 or above, and our entrance team may request proof of age. Carrying an original valid passport or recognised identity document helps make any necessary checks efficient. For the main gaming environment, neat smart-casual clothing is a practical choice, while individual restaurants and bars may apply their own dress requirements. The St. Regis Bar, for example, applies a smart-casual evening dress code with specific footwear and clothing requirements. Guests should follow the rules of each game together with instructions from dealers, cashiers, security personnel and authorised casino staff. Macao law restricts entry by anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and prohibits the carrying of weapons or explosive materials. We also maintain an environment in which conduct should not disrupt gaming operations or the experience of other guests. For photography or filming in gaming areas, guests should follow on-site notices and check with our team when necessary. Free resort shuttle services connect major Macao arrival points with the resort. Guests arriving by car can use self-parking, currently priced at MOP25 per hour or MOP300 per 24 hours, with a current shared five-hour complimentary self-parking benefit available each day across selected Sands resorts.

The Londoner Macao Casino: Popular Games and Gaming Experiences
At The Londoner Macao Casino, we combine traditional casino gaming with smart-table technology, electronic terminals and slot entertainment. Our gaming environment includes both The Londoner Casino and Londoner Grand Casino, allowing guests to explore different floor styles and betting levels within the same resort. Baccarat is one of our signature live-table experiences and appears across main-floor and premium gaming spaces. Londoner Grand Casino also includes a dedicated high-limit baccarat area with eight smart tables. Selected baccarat tables feature side-bet formats including Lucky 6, Small and Big Lucky 6, Lucky 7, 2-card Lucky 7, 3-card Lucky 7 and Super Lucky 7. Guests who prefer internationally familiar table games can explore blackjack, roulette and craps. Sic bo adds a classic three-dice format, while Three Card Poker and Sands Stud Poker provide alternative card-game experiences. Electronic table gaming and Live Multi Game terminals create another way to enjoy familiar games at an individual station. Slot machines provide independent play across different themes, denominations and paytables. Official operating data for the end of 2025 recorded approximately 500 gaming tables and 1,285 slots and electronic gaming units across The Londoner Macao. We also distinguish between main-floor gaming and premium higher-limit environments so guests can select a pace and budget that suits their visit. This broad mix makes The Londoner Macao Casino particularly well suited to guests who want baccarat alongside blackjack, roulette, craps, sic bo, poker variants and electronic gaming in one destination.
Popular Games at The Londoner Macao Casino

The Londoner Macao Casino: Minimum and Maximum Betting Limits
At The Londoner Macao Casino, betting limits vary by gaming floor, table, time and current operating configuration. Recent 2026 observations show clear differences between Londoner Grand Casino, The Londoner Casino and the dedicated Londoner Grand high-limit baccarat area. We do not publish one permanent maximum wager that applies to every table; the applicable maximum is displayed on the active table placard, terminal or machine. The figures below therefore use observed minimums while correctly treating maximum wagers as table- or machine-specific.
The Londoner Macao Casino: Shows, Events and Nightlife
At The Londoner Macao Casino, entertainment is part of the resort experience throughout the week rather than being limited to major concert dates. Crystal Palace hosts Changing of the Guard, our multimedia interpretation of British pageantry featuring more than 20 performers, with shows on Tuesday to Thursday at 7:30pm and 9:30pm and on Friday to Sunday at 4:00pm, 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Every evening, the Londoner Light and Sound Spectacular transforms approximately 16,000 square metres of façade with more than 10,000 lights from 7:30pm to 11:30pm. Our regular entertainment also includes Sparkling Queens in Shakespeare Hall daily at 5:00pm and 8:00pm, together with Grand Doorman, The Londoner Carriage, Black Cab Escape, It’s Tea Time, Double Decker Adventures and Londoner Magical Alley.
For major productions, we use the 6,000-seat Londoner Arena and the 1,701-seat Londoner Theatre. September to November 2026 includes INFINITE on 5–6 September, idntt on 12 September, TWS on 19–20 September, PLAVE on 31 October and 1 November, and Alex To on 14 November. Our late-night calendar moves into full arena-club mode with Sara Landry at 11:00pm on 4 October. DJ Mustard follows with an After Party on 9 October, and DJ Diplo takes over the arena on 10 October.
Our regular nightlife continues beyond arena dates. The St. Regis Bar operates daily until 2:00am and features live jazz every evening alongside artisan cocktails and a sophisticated House of Astor-inspired atmosphere; in 2026 it was ranked No.45 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars and recognised as the Best Bar in Macao 2026. Bard’s Bar at Hampton Court runs from 6:00pm until 1:00am, with the wider public welcomed from 8:00pm after its hotel-guest period. Together, our late bars, jazz programme and large-scale DJ events create several different ways to enjoy The Londoner Macao after dark.
Entertainment is also built directly into our London-inspired architecture. Guests can move between Elizabeth Tower, Crystal Palace and Shakespeare Hall while discovering interactive installations and themed characters throughout the resort. Black Cab Escape, giant tea-cup photo installations, the animated experiences of Londoner Magical Alley and our classic red double-decker theme turn a walk through the resort into an attraction in its own right. This lets us combine reliable weekly entertainment with a changing calendar of concerts, fan events and seasonal nightlife.
